How do I enroll?
Visit the Courses page to choose a program. You can request enrollment using the form on our home page. We reply by email with next steps and available start dates. Admission is based on your interests, schedule, and course capacity; we do not promise placement in a specific cohort.
Who are the courses designed for?
Our programs serve beginners and advancing learners across Canada. Each course lists prerequisites, if any. We avoid exaggerated claims and focus on practical skills you can apply to your own projects at a realistic pace.
Do I need a portfolio to apply?
A portfolio is not required for foundation courses. If you apply to an advanced module, we may ask for a few samples of prior work to confirm fit. You can see typical outcomes in the Gallery.
Who teaches the sessions?
Live sessions are led by an invited specialist, an expert in the topic, or a specialist in fashion design. View profiles on the Experts page.

What is the learning format?
Most programs combine live online sessions, practical tasks, and feedback. Reading lists and templates are provided to support your progress. We communicate realistic workload and outcomes on each course page without promising guaranteed results.
What tools or materials do I need?
A stable internet connection is required. Pattern-making modules recommend basic sewing tools and measuring equipment. Digital illustration modules may require licensed software as noted on the Courses page.
Do you issue certificates of completion?
We can provide a confirmation of completion on request. We do not guarantee job placement or specific results.
Will my work be shown publicly?
Your work remains yours. We ask for consent before featuring any item in the Gallery or on course pages.
Schedule
How we plan live sessions for learners across Canada and how self-paced tasks work.
Which time zones do you support?
Live sessions are scheduled with Canadian time zones in mind and may rotate between Eastern and Pacific friendly slots. If you miss a session, we provide summaries and tasks so you can keep up.
How many hours per week should I plan?
Most courses suggest 3–6 hours weekly, including live time and independent practice. Exact estimates are listed under each course module on the Courses page.
Tuition & Billing

What currency do you charge?
Tuition is billed in EUR by Fractology B.V. in the Netherlands. Your card or bank may convert to your local currency. Prices shown on the Courses page indicate typical EUR tuition ranges.
When is payment due?
We issue an invoice after confirming your place. Payment is typically due before the course start date. Invoices include information required under Dutch law.
Are taxes included?
Tuition is invoiced under Dutch jurisdiction. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown on your invoice in accordance with Dutch regulations.

Withdrawal and refunds

What device and connection do I need?
A laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection is recommended. Headphones and a microphone help during live sessions. Specific hardware or software needs are listed on each course description on the Courses page.
How do I access materials and submit tasks?
We provide a simple structure: reading lists, templates, and checklists. Assignments are submitted as files or links according to course instructions. You receive written feedback and, when scheduled, live critique from an invited specialist.
